"Buon appetito" from Gourmet-Hotel Welponer
We have placed great importance on the cuisine in our house for generations. Gerard Welponer was one of the first wine waiters in Alto Adige. He transmitted his passion for fine cuisine and precious wines to the whole family, which became one of Welponer's strengths.
The menu varies from season to season. We regularly have culinary weeks based on various themes:
