Is there free parking?
You can park your car in our underground garage.
How do we get back to the hotel after skiing?
To get home, use the SKI TRAIL, a comfortable ski path, gently sloping, from the NIVES ski lift to the Hotel Welponer. It is a relaxed way back that is suitable for every skier. From the slopes directly to the hotel with your skis on!
Alternatively, there is also a local ski bus (free of charge) that stops 200 meters from the hotel.
Do you offer the Val Gardena Mobil Card?
Yes, you will receive the Val Gardena Mobil Card via email at check-in.
Do you also rent out strollers?
You can rent a stroller from us for €20 per day.
Can we bring our dog?
We accept small dogs upon request.

What kind of meals do you offer?
We offer half-board, which includes breakfast and dinner.
Do you serve lactose-free and/or gluten-free food?
Upon request, we also serve lactose-free and gluten-free dishes.

Which bike rental shop do you recommend?
We recommend renting equipment from the Scuola 2000 ski school in the center of Wolkenstein.
Winter
Is there a free ski shuttle to the ski lifts?
Our hotel shuttle will take you comfortably to the nearby valley stations of the Sellaronda lifts CIAMPINOI and DANTERCEPIES. Departure every 10 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Which ski school would you recommend?
We recommend the Scuola 2000 ski school in the center of Wolkenstein.
Where can we buy a ski pass?
You can purchase your ski pass online and then pick it up at the ticket booth in town. If you'd rather not do that, you can also buy it directly at the ski pass office in the town center.
