Local tax

A tourist tax of € 3.40 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, will be charged, payable on departure.

Booking confirmation

The booking is considered binding upon receipt of your written confirmation and the deposit of € 400-1000 (depending on the season) per room.

The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor. The room sketches are provided as an example and rooms may vary slightly from those shown.

Cancellation Policy

• In the evnt of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded!
• In case of cancellation up to 40 das before the start of your vacation, we will credit your deposit toward a future vacation with us.
• In case of cancellation betweeen 39 and 7 days prior to the start of the stay, we will charge 80% of the total price.
• In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay, in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the total price.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

To avoid cancellation charges if you have to delay your arrival, leave early or cancel your holiday for medical or other valid reasons, we recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance policy.

Check-in & Check-out

Your room will be ready for you at 1 pm. Please note that check out is at 11 am on your departure day. If you arrive after 7 pm, please give us a call. Thank you.

Children

For our younger guests we offer high chairs in the restaurant and a cot in the room.

Wellness area

The wellness center is open from 7 am to 7 pm.
Please note that children under the age of 14 are welcome in the pool area, but the sauna area is for adults only.
